I was invited to Reaction MMA by Matt Metts, who I’ve been friends since I was 5, to try out grappling and boxing after my college football days were over at Murray State University. I’ve never been a person who is half in half out of anything, so I dove into it and fell in love with the competitiveness and the pure nature of the sport. I was surrounded by so many good people and good fighters at Reaction that it made it an easy to become a part of the gym. I’ve always been an aggressive athlete throughout my sports career. If I couldn’t do something, I’d keep doing it until I was able to. I always wanted to surpass expectations that anyone ever had of me, and I try to do that in and out of the gym. I train at Reaction MMA under Rob Nickerson, but I train personally with polar opposites. At one end of the spectrum I train with guys who are bigger, taller, and stronger and at the other end I train with guys who are smaller, faster, and more agile. Training with guys who have great boxing backgrounds all the way to guys who will submit you 3 or 4 times within a 3 minute period. Rob Nickerson and the fighters of Reaction MMA offer me great experience and training.
Fogg currently holds the heavyweight title for two different promotions, Hardrock MMA (which he has defended twice) and Absolute Action MMA, winning the Absolute Action MMA amateur Heavyweight title by defeating Josh Franklin by armbar in the third round. With his undefeated record, Fogg is ready to continue in MMA for as long as he can.

Right now I’m going to ride this until the wheels fall off. If it turns into a career, I’ll love it, if it turns into a hobby, I’ll love it. Either way it’s a win/win situation for me. It’s not indifference about making it a career, but if I give it my true best shot and it becomes a career then it’ll be a career I love to do.
